With more than two decades of professional experience, Jacob combines strategic insight and technical acumen to deliver innovative, high-impact media solutions that drive audience engagement and meaningful storytelling.

A results-oriented professional, Jacob excels at human and systems management, guiding multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute cutting-edge digital publishing, multimedia production, and live-streaming projects. He is passionate about capacity development and continuous learning, and he delights in crafting bespoke solution packages for both individual creators and corporate partners.

Jacob's extensive career began in healthcare data analysis in Los Angeles, where he spent over a dozen years with the Health Information Management Systems Society, mastering data modeling, warehousing, and privacy-focused systems implementations. Building on that foundation, he expanded into IT leadership roles overseeing system upgrades, software deployments, and complex business-analysis initiatives.

He holds a Master of Information Systems, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, and an Associate of Science in Health Information Administration. His professional credentials include Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Team Supervision (CTS).

Under Jacob's guidance, ibSpotlight has launched its inaugural digital campaigns, forged strategic industry partnerships, and established rigorous editorial and production standards.
